Sam is a London-based 3D illustrator, animator, and educator whose work explores the intersections of surrealism, absurdism, and pop culture. Drawing from inspirations such as children’s TV shows, horror aesthetics, collectable toys, and nostalgia, Sam crafts a unique visual language that blurs the lines between the surreal and the familiar.

With a First Class BA Hons in Visual Communication from the University of Brighton, Sam completed their Master’s in Animation and Visual Communication at the Royal College of Art in 2023. This journey led to collaborations with brands like Pull and Bear and The New York Times.

As an educator, Sam has served as a Visiting Lecturer at Brighton University, focusing on the importance of DIY and self-initiated projects. They have also taught art to students aged 6-16, fostering creativity and encouraging young artists to explore their unique voices.

Sam’s work has been featured in It's Nice That and Creative Boom, and they have self-published a range of zines. Exhibiting in both London and New York, their projects span editorial illustrations, looping gifs, and films, influenced by VHS horror tapes, retro game shows, and punk culture, embodying a fusion of nostalgia and innovation.
